Business Support/Client Services Officer recruitment
We are currently recruiting for a Business Support/Client Services Officer to work for our client a Global leading asset management firm based in London.
This is a new position created to support the Institutional Sales manager who has recently moved from the US to set up the London office. You will be responsible for the new business support and the on-going client relationship management of the new business relations process.
As this is a new role which is standalone, this will be an extremely varied position to include marketing, communications, administration and client services.
Key Responsibilities will include being accountable for new business support within the non-US territory, support with all aspects of the sales process including administrative support, act as liaison between clients and consultants, Assist in coordination of strategic new business projects with consultant/prospects including research and facilitate set-up of new meetings and presentation preparation. Review and provide strategic comments to RFPs prior to submission, Provide new and follow up written correspondence, Manage distribution of white papers and invites to client/prospect events, Monthly/quarterly distribution of publications (fund fact sheets, commentary, whitepapers) and provide on-going communications internally about consultant and prospect perceptions to ensure awareness of efforts.
