We will hire at least 12 Business Application Analyst roles with a variety of focuses. Imagine Yourself here... Ambulatory Support - The Ambulatory Support team is accountable for the build, maintenance and support of the EpicCare Ambulatory module of the Epic Electronic Health Record system. This team engages with the IT deployment teams as the application is rolled out to over 120 clinics across Aurora. We are responsible for application review and configuration related to the upgrades of the application. Finally, we work with the end-users to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in the clinic setting. Security - The Security team is responsible to grant and maintain user accounts for over 18,000 user records. The team is integrally involved with other application teams to ensure that operational workflow is supported by the security models that are designed by the security team. Clinical Documentation - The Clinical Documentation team is responsible for the build, test and and deployment of the Epic modules that support all inpatient nursing operations. This will include the development of flowsheets, build of clinical content and integration of clinical decision support utilities. OpTime - The OpTime team is responsible for the build, test and deployment of the Epic OpTime module. OpTime supports functions within the surgical areas of Aurora hospitals and surgery centers. Responsibilities will include working with business partners to ensure the application build meets the requirements of the organization. Orders Analysts - The orders team is responsible for the build, maintenance and deployment of the Epic modules that support the orders functionality. The teams focus will be on building evidence based order sets to be used during Physician Order Entry. Imaging Systems - Aurora Health Care is advancing toward a centralized Radiation Oncology environment across all modalities, patient care disciplines, and facilities. This multi-year effort involves strategy formulation, migration from current environments, and implementation of state-of-the-art, innovative treatment solutions. Responsibilities include development, implementation, and support solutions and processes (both computerized and non-computerized) to meet the requirements of the organization. You will work closely with internal Information Services staff, system users, and vendors to insure successful implementation of procedures, business applications, and/or computer programs, client training, and follow-up. Located at the Forest Home Business Office near St. Luke's Medical Center. Imagine your primary responsibilities to include the completion of user security requests and reference file updates. Additional job duties include analysis/corrective action of various system error reports and data clean-up activities.
