Business System Analyst / Implementation Consultant Job in London
Our client is an established leading supplier of e-recruitment software and a pioneer of e-recruitment with high-profile clients across the UK, US and Europe. They now require a Business Systems Analyst Implementation Consultant to manage all client requirements and configure high-quality online recruitment systems.
As the Business System Analyst / Implementation Consultant you will work both within a project team, and autonomously deliver systems that exceed client expectation.
Business System Analyst / Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:
•Support Senior Business System Analyst to configure high-quality systems and bespoke developments.
•Support Project Management, Account Management and Client Support teams with swift investigation and resolution of client queries.
•Attend and lead client specification meetings, web-based demonstrations and issue resolution tele-kits.
•Take accurate and clear requirement notes, with the view to producing technical specifications and build documentation.
•Act as a point of contact for clients during implementation cycle.
•Work with PM, QC and Technical teams to ensure project milestones are met within allocated resource constraints.
Business System Analyst / Implementation Consultant Person Specification:
•Educated to degree level.
•Solid experience within a software house with a direct client-facing role.
•Knowledge of the project delivery cycle and ability to work in small project teams is essential.
•Self-starter who can demonstrate confident face-to-face communication with clients and internal staff at all levels.
•Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
•Knowledge of the recruitment and recruitment software industries would be a bonus.
Salary Rewards:
In return for your hard work as a Business Systems Analyst / Implementation Consultant, you will receive a salary of up to £26K, dependent on experience, the ability to work from home and a company profit share linked bonus.
