Business Systems Analysis Specialist
-Partner with the Rebates business to deliver innovative business solutions in support of corporate initiatives. Develop business cases to implement new large, enterprise-wide initiatives at a program-level. Support the Rebates business through promotion of new projects through the ESI executive project prioritization process (PRB / IT-PRB).
-Partner with the Rebates business to develop business capability maps develop/enhance the Rebates Business Driven IT Strategy and deliver projects that contribute toward the Rebates strategy over time.
-Advance Rebates ideas / concepts through the IT project pipeline management process (promote new ideas into formal project requests, coordinate within IT teams on project estimates and projected business benefits, and work with the Rebates business on developing high-level business requirements and implementation plans).
-Conduct ongoing business reviews with Rebates to facilitate project planning and prioritization of Rebates small projects and support initiatives and maintaining alignment to allocated budget and annual financial targets.
-Meet with various levels of management to promote consistency of the BSA role across the organization.
-Provide leadership, training and guidance to business systems analysts and project managers throughout the company.
-Assist with establishing an implementing a best-in-class BAT organization and business system analysis best practices.

2.Broad base of knowledge within the BSA role as well as the greater organization that acts in a consultative role (Enterprise Analysis). Ability to understand broad impacts and can make/implement recommendations on solutions while mitigating risks. Coordinate and lead BSA tasks across multiple programs/projects including Program-level Business System Analysis, competitive analysis, feasibility studies and business cases. Works independently and with minimal guidance from management to plan, resource and execute against goals and plans. Exercises solid independent judgment and decision making abilities.
3.Identify and implement BSA productivity improvements by BAT leadership. Inspires and influences team members to achieve goals. Ability to direct the work of others and act as a mentor, providing performance coaching, feedback and training activities to team members. Can identify training needs within the team and recommend solutions. Able to educate stakeholders outside the team on BSA processes and achieve shared mindset/alignment. Has the ability to lead broad training initiatives beyond the team.
4.Largely responsible for working with management to understand business goals and developing the strategic vision for the team. Actively engaged in following the industry to monitor trends and incorporate them where applicable. Ability to understand, align and articulate the organizational strategy and vision and how that relates to the change. Highly skilled in understanding the big picture and cross-functional impacts. Drives solutions to close gaps and mitigate risks. Recognized as a Rebates subject matter expert.
