As our Business Systems Analyst, based in Newark, CA, you will enjoy working with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, customer service, materials, planning) to continuously improve our deliverables, roll up your sleeves and take ownership of our reporting systems. Leverage your extensive hands-on expertise with SQL Server and T-SQL as you convert our existing reporting system to SQL format and you will build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction. Experience with SSIS and SSAS is desired. Apply your previous experience in report writing using Microsoft Access and Excel as those are our report output tools for the user interface.  Excellent communications skills will be paramount when you partner with our internal teams with the goal of understanding their needs and implementing business solutions.  A comfort level in making report presentations, to both customers and internal teams as needed, will serve you well. Your project management skills are critical as you work on multiple projects while aligning with best practices on the SDLC and the ability to juggle in an ever changing environment is key.  Previous experience working on supply chain data (e.g., inventory management, PO placement, sales order, inventory turns and consignment) will be beneficial in ensuring timely completion of business and technical goals and allow you to create reports quickly and effectively.
