The individual in this role will be involved in every aspect of maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the software. This will include the netForum system that is deployed using Avectra software as the basis, as well as any ancillary systems and applications that support the operations. The individual in this role will be proficient in .NET, netForum and SQL. This position requires experience in systems design and implementation, as well as project management techniques.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with internal customers to determine and document business and functional requirements, then translate those into detailed technical requirements
-Application Development and Support: maintain optimum functionality of databases and applications internally. Perform analysis, design, develop, and maintain systems and processes and workflows.
-Create advanced SQL queries and Stored Procedures and update or create reports.
-Responsible for the documentation of functional requirements; to seek opportunities to utilize current or additional applications to create process improvements.

-Excellent people skills are also necessary since this position interacts with all levels of associates across the entire organization.
Position Requirements/Qualifications
-A bachelor?s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical degree.
-2-4 years of experience in information technology designing, developing, configuring, supporting and maintaining both custom and packaged systems. -Minimum of 2-4 years Applications design and analysis
-Experience with SQL development highly preferred
Desired Skills
-Project Management Certification (PMP) highly desired.
-Experience with a membership management system (preferably Avectra?s netForum) or alternative iMIS or TASS highly preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with an integrated packaged financial system.
