Long established professional services firm in the DC area is looking for BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to join their team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Linux Program Management Office (PMO) Business Systems Analyst
Work Location: Eagan, MN
Restrictions:
Must be able to get Public Trust security clearance
Timing / Duration:
Needed ~5-6 months (with potential for extension)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUITRMENTS:
5+ years experience
Proven experience with the following:
Project management tools, including MS Project
Coordinating activities between IT service providers, including database management, host computing, application development, network, and other support teams
IT system platform migrations
IT system application development lifecycle and best practices
Effective reporting at all levels
Coordination of activities across geographically disparate teams with no direct line of authority
Risk assessment and management of risks
Effective spoken and written communication
Preferred experience with the following:
Solaris and SUSE Linux operating systems
Oracle 10g and 11g
Mainframe systems
Managing project teams
Other:
Local to Twin Cities area (preferred)
