Business Systems Analyst
Manpower, in tandem with our client, is currently recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to identify and procure new business in Edmonton, AB. Our client is one of Canada's largest and most diversified institutional investment fund managers, with an investment portfolio of approximately $71 billion.
This position provides application development, maintenance and enhancement support for a complex application, the Eagle PACE Data Hub. The position also acts as a primary contact between the client and the Eagle PACE vendor who provides specialized technical support to enhance and add value to investment management processes.
Key Requirements:
- Completion of Computer Systems Technology Degree or Diploma supplemented by 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting complex investment systems environment with large Canadian buy side firm
- Thorough knowledge of investment trading life cycle, investment workflows and investment business practices
- Detailed knowledge of Eagle PACE products and most of its data warehousing and reporting features
- Extensive knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL Database programming language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Development tools, report development software, PL/SQL, .net technology and Oracle
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course
