Business Systems Advisor
Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Advisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities Duties:
The Business Systems Advisor will be responsible for defining and tracking the updates of all Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) processes, managing process change, and ensuring all the policies are updated in a timely manner. The candidate will create new and maintain IMS team’s SharePoint sites, and attend meetings to create and publish meeting minutes and follow up action items. The role will require coordinating operational processes across all the IMS technology towers and will include participating on the major IMS projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and at times recommend new processes that align to Infrastructure (IMS) technology towers
- Understand the infrastructure data repository (Remedy) and be proficient in mining data to analyze processes and recommend process optimizations based on analytical results
- Coordinating team access to PolicyIQ and understand the IMS documents in the repository
- Understand IMS SOPs and update when necessary
- Work with team to insure the continued accuracy of all published SOPs
- Coordinating the complete revision of SOPs by technical resources
- Attend other meetings as needed/requested by managers to take minutes and action items
- Create, design, and maintain various SharePoint sites for teams (BSA, Communications Team, all IMS Towers)
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations
- Support the IMS Projects team by preparing proposals and/or data that would support the project proposal
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience in information technology or business systems analyst.
- Previous experience as a business systems analysis
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CHW processes and systems to provide assistance to infrastructure tower leaders immediate assistance
- Produces business process flow charts

- Work with minimal direction while managing multiple assignments and processes.
- Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service improvements.
- Ability to evaluate and develop approach to solutions.
