The BSA will support the client in completing requirements analysis, functional specifications, and other deliverables as needed in support the needs of the MCCO Solutions portfolio. The BSA will be assigned project responsibilities for the Customer Operations group. The position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with Management and other Functional and Technical groups within the organization. Must have full lifecycle experience on multiple projects, from requirements gathering through functional specifications/design and user acceptance testing. Specific responsibilities include:- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks- Analyze/document current and future business process models- Analyze/document high-level requirements (scope)- Analyze/document detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases)- Analyze/document data requirements (from business needs perspective)- Support planning of user acceptance test (UAT), including creation of UAT scripts- Define high-level training approach- Assist in associating and relating business and process requirements with planning system functionality and workflow. -Support in-house and vendor SQA teams in creating and reviewing test cases-

- 5 - 7 years of business analysis experience
- Experience with order-to-cash, distribution, and/or channel and inventory management experience a plus
