Business Systems Analyst recruitment
Role Summary/Purpose
Key to the role is an ability to build a comprehensive understanding of the CDF systems, business processes products across Europe. The role will involve extensive collaboration with Country IT Business teams to integrate to in-country systems as necessary.
Essential Responsibilities:
The incumbent would work closely with the CDF business and would be a key contact. The main responsibilities will be:
* Key liaison with business teams to understand and capture requirements.
* Develop, evaluate and recommend solutions to accurately meet business requirements and standards and procedures in the form of business requirements, functional specifications and feasibility studies.
* Design solutions and services that remain compliant to IT strategy and system fit whilst fulfilling business objectives.
* Provision of full documentation of solutions, service standards, processes and procedures to be fulfilled within project delivery.
* Liaise with development teams to provide clarity of delivery and review cost, effort and time-line estimates for the design and build of solutions.
* Validate and approve technical designs and unit testing documentation for all new/modified solutions.
* Enable and support quality assurance, release and implementation of solutions.
* Support the initial implementation and hand-over of solutions and new systems to ensure successful roll-out
* Investigate and design root cause fix solutions to resolve technical problems ensuring minimal service disruption.
* Master business processes application portfolio. Partner with business to effectively drive system strategy and recommend solutions.
What we will be looking for in you:
We require the successful candidate to have a strong business systems analysis background, ideally gained working in a financial services organisation. The successful candidate will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills and be used to working closely with an IT function.
* Experience via business systems analysis / design or service route with strong systems focus.
* Business analysis: use of structured, formal methods.
* Broad understanding of business systems / technical architecture.
* Experience of the full development lifecycle.
* Ability to communicate, challenge and negotiate with stakeholders to drive solutions and service to meet business needs.
* Excellent organization, problem solving, communication, relationship building, prioritization and facilitation skills.
* Fluent English; any other European language a distinct advantage.
* Exposure and proven ability to negotiate present and communicate with senior business leaders.
