About the Job
- Conduct preliminary analysis of business unit systems requirements for TOM, including decommissioning of systems.
- Initiate all matters relating to the provision of support of new or changed IT systems as required
- Undertake all matters relating to the identification and documentation of deficiencies and required enhancements to existing systems.
- Perform all tasks related to the performance of day to day business analysis
- Design tasks consistent with predefined project requirements and demands.
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst (integrated systems delivery) - 5 years minimum.
- Wholesale funds management or financial markets experience
- Business Process Re-engineering and Change management experience
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in the analysis of business systems requirements and in the design of applications systems solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in high level business flow and process modelling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to data mine using SQL.
