The Consumer Credit Solutions group is seeking an exceptional leader to excel in a new position created to support six business lines using the enterprise Collections platform, YOM. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team, develop new processes and play a significant role in influencing the future functionality of the system. Key responsibilities include: Develop a high performing team: - Integrate BSC's managers from 3 groups into a single, cohesive group. - Fill open BSC and testing positions to round out the skills of the group. - Assess the needs of the group and make further recommendations for organization and staffing. - Directly manage both individual contributors and BSC managers. Play a leadership role in the conversion of the Credit Card team to YOM: - Influence the mindset of the team to ensure proper collaboration. - Ensure proper resourcing in place to support conversion. - Closely manage deadlines and deliverables. - Ensure solutions are consistent where possible with other business lines. Influence go forward technical solutions: - Collaborate with all user groups to develop solutions that can be leveraged across the enterprise while serving the needs of specific groups - Partner with YOM development team to continue to innovate Design / enhance existing processes: - Develop an effective prioritization process to ensure the right work is getting done between the 6 business lines supported - Enhance efforts to partner with other YOM user groups in prioritizing and solutioning efforts. - Ensure effective monitoring is in place for quality, allocation of hours, overall support monitoring, etc. - Ensure proper financial tracking is in place to set and monitor enhancement budgets, allocate team members, etc. Effectively partner with multiple levels of leadership: - Partner with sr. collections business leaders to understand needs and support expectations - Partner with other YOM user groups and YOM development leadership to ensure effective relationship exists Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of management experience. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts including senior level managers. - Proven track record of developing and managing high performing teams. Growing level of people management / leadership responsibility required. - Ability to formulate a vision and execute on that strategy. - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multiple layers of leadership including sr. business line leaders. - Proven relationship management skills. Able to bridge gaps in thinking to drive agreement. - Demonstrated technical and business expertise to ensure effective requirements, design / analysis, development testing and implementation. - Experienced in managing large projects including the use project management tools. Preferred Skills: - Collections knowledge / background - Knowledge of YOM technology - Technology Project Management methodology experience - Experience operating in a matrixed environment, taking feedback from multiple leaders. - Experience in managing team members remotely.
