Roles/Responsibilities The Business Systems Lead will be a member of a team of 6 - 8 Analysts accountable for Customer Issue Resolution support. This role requires extensive interaction with internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups. The candidate must possess strong communication and reasoning skills. A typical work day would involve analyzing the issue at hand, coming up with the resolution plan and taking appropriate actions. Projects engaged by the Systems Lead can be extremely complex, data intensive, and of the highest level of difficulty each having significant impact on the business. Typically these problems will be of an unstructured nature, whereby the candidate will be expected to quickly assess and comprehend the situation then develop a practical problem solving strategy. They will then be required to implement a solution to resolve customer experience issues quickly. Key focus areas include: Responsible for creation and maintenance of macros written in SAS. Perform basic data manipulation including the use of SQL to create tables and Functions. Issue resolution involving Customer and Financial Impacts.
