Contact Centre Partners is pleased to be working with this fast-paced contact centre business based in Cambridgeshire. The company is a well known large UK business with contact centre operations across the UK.
As the Business Systems Trainer you will be responsible for providing course design and content along with delivery of a new broker system combining the operating platforms of 2 brands. You will also ensure that all candidates are trained and assessed for competency to set project timelines
The Business Systems Trainer will be responsible for creating and presenting solutions aimed at identified training. You will also have to be able to prepare appropriate training material for identified work streams with skill gaps and be able to do so while adhering to agreed training processes; procedures ensuring compliance with FSA Training and Competence requirements.
The successful individual for the Business Systems Trainer position will have background in a trainer design and delivery role and sound knowledge, understanding with experience of the training cycle. This person will also be a good communicator at all levels, results driven and have the ability to remain motivated in a changing working environment.
