Business Technical Analyst – Zurich recruitment
For my client I am looking for a passionate problem solver
You will be 3rd level support on the vendor side and be part of a team analysing and solving complex technical issues. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in either development or analysis. For the right person there is also the potential to support the team leader in technical, procedural and strategic issues
Training is given for the product but it is required that you have technical expertise in the field of web applications
Your Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with developers and with application managers
- You will analyse and deal with 3rd level error messages and deal with software bugs
- In addition you will work on a case by case basis and be responsible in prioritising them
- You clear up questions and provide possible solutions to cases on internal systems
- Work closely with developers with errors that require a software solution and present to them relevant supplements and documents
You have:
- Technical expertise in the field of web applications
- Ideally have knowledge or experience in Banking
- You are an analyst, and take pleasure in order to analysing and solving complex technical problems independently
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to work independently and in a team
- Be customer orientated
