A major financial services organisation is looking for a Business Technology Manager to join their team in London. My client is expanding rapidly and recruiting across the business. My client has a global network of offices in the major financial centres and is well established in the financial sector.
The successful Business technology manager - financial services, FX, NDF, FX Spot, FX Forward, Prince 2, Subject matter expert - will have the following responsibilities:
* Engage with the FX Sport, FX Forward, None Deliverable Forward (NDF) and Unsecured Deposit broking desks to deliver technology solutions
* Analyse, specify and deliver improvements and upgrade to the existing systems and manage change requests
* Work in partnership with internal and external development teams and analysts
* Communicate between the business and technology
* Create clear and concise documentation once development business cases have been discussed with stakeholders
* Work with other areas of technology within the company to ensure changes don't affect other business processes
* Manage hand over of new functionality to the support teams and provide training and documentation
* Perform UAT testing
To be considered for the role of Business technology manager - financial services, FX, NDF, FX Spot, FX Forward, Prince 2, Subject matter expert - you must have the following skills and experience:
* FX Sport, FX Forward and Non Deliverable Forward business knowledge
* Experience working with electronic trading platforms
* Business analysis skills and experience
* Business process modelling
* Project / programme management skills
