Responsibilities include:
* Make telephone calls to prospects.
* Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
* Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
* Attend campaign briefings.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
* Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.
* Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Candidates MUST meet the following criteria: * Outbound calling or customer service experience. * Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner. * Proven track record in a sales environment. * Good attention to detail. * Computer literate and experience in database navigation. Confident, self motivated and commission driven. * Friendly personality and team player.
