MANDATORY Requirements:

1.     Experience managing all phases of a complex project life cycle (8+ years);

2.     Experience managing all phases of a complex procurement realignment project  for a large organization (8+ years);

3.     Experience in supply chain and procurement optimization projects resulting in significant procurement costs savings  (8+ years);

4.     Experience with creating strategic vendor/supplier alliances to drive efficiencies (8+ year)

5.     Experience working with financial statements and accounting systems (8+ years);

6.     Experience working with human resource management (8+ years); and

7.     Experience in organization change management (8+ years).

 
DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:

1.       Demonstrated ability to restructure vendor agreements to drive down costs.

2.       Demonstrated ability to achieve outsourcing agreements;

3.       Strong written and communication skills;

4.       Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills;

5.       Experience in managing issues, risk mitigation and developing detailed status reports; and

6.       Knowledge of IT governance, budgeting, and procurement in a government agency environment.
