Business Transformation / Performance Improvement Manager recruitment

Overall responsibility will be to help grow the division with a balance of business development and delivery management responsibilities. You will develop and promote solutions and thought leadership based on in depth knowledge of the industry and service lines. Design, develop and deliver quality proposals tailored to clients needs. Maintain and develop close client relationships at senior manager level. You will lead large and complex programs and projects. Create and direct high-performing teams across the firm through strong supervision, recruitment, networking, coaching, and mentoring

The successful candidate will have a recognized university Bachelor Degree, plus recognized post graduate qualification (eg Masters, Doctorate, or professional qualification).  Experience should include business transformation, performance improvement, and/or process improvement, with exposure or qualification in recognized methodologies (eg six sigma). Prior experience in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm will be an advantage
