Title: Business Travel Consultant, Salary: Up to £23K, Location: Cambridgeshire. Excellent opportunity for fully trained business travel consultants to work for a dynamic and expanding business travel agency.
Responsibilities of the Business Travel Consultant are as follows:
• Responsible for taking initial enquiry through to reservations and ticketing
• Booking all aspects of the travel itinerary including flights, hotels, car hire and rail
• Providing advice on the efficient way to travel
• Providing utmost customer service at all times
• building client rapport
Skills required for the business travel consultant are as follows:
• Must have experience using a GDS ( Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan)
• Must have previous experience of working within business travel
• Good knowledge of fares and ticketing
• excellent communicator
• efficient in delivery of travel itineraries
