Business Unit Controller Private Banking recruitment
Key Accountabilities:
- Support of senior management in the financial monitoring and steering of the market areas and regions
- Provide relevant and timely information in form of monthly performance reviews and presentations
- Actively drive the planning and budgeting process and the target setting for client advisors
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis pro-actively as well as upon request and actively support the management in
- the implementation of measures in order to achieve the ambitious company goals
- Represent the financial aspects in the market area and regional management meetings
- Closely cooperate within a team of 3 BU Controllers in an international environment to further develop
- the MIS platform and the controlling processes as a main part of the performance oriented management philosophy
Skills:
- Strong MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP Business Objects and MS Access would be an asset
- Strong data management skills
- Distinct analytical skills
- Resilient and assertive
- Efficient and self-reliant way of working
- Keen perception, team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
Required experience:
- Degree in Business/Economics or Finance / Accounting (Uni, FH or equivalent) Proven track record in controlling (3-4 years)
- Experienced background in management reporting in an international company in the banking industry
