Business Unit Controller
An excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a great top tier investment Bank. The organisation is a leader in innovative investment strategies and has a excellent reputation for developing its staff.
The particular role will oversee 3 business units focusing on its reporting and data integrity. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills as they will often be presenting to senior managers and directors. This is a newly formed function and as such will offer the opportunity to develop the reporting systems, agree on key metrics and get involved in numerous projects. This is a broad role which will offer great asset class exposure and great insights into investment banking.
The ideal candidates will possess the following key attributes:
- At least 2 years post qualified experience
- ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a top 10 consultancy background
- Previous Product control experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Banking product knowledge is also a key requirement whether gained at practice or industry
