Business/Functional Analyst – Web, ecommerce, UX/UI

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst that has extensive experience developing and documenting business functional requirements for web/eCommerce projects. Our consultant will be working with a client to develop the requirements to support multiple releases of their website.
The primary responsibilities of a Business/Functional Analyst are to interpret the business needs / business cases in concept and translate into manageable requirements. These requirements are for both UI/UX and systems needed by IT to support the product and/or feature enhancements.
The candidate for this position should have knowledge and/or ability in the following areas:
· Web/E-Commerce project experienceis a MUST
· Strong UI/UX exposure and the ability to gather specific requirements and then produce functional requirements
· Ability to lead a small team and drive key client communication and expectations
· Good communication, leadership and facilitation skills
· Ability to work under extremely tight time constraints
· Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Visio, Word and PowerPoint as tools to effectively document process and summarize work effort
· Analytical skills to propose and evaluate alternative solutions
· Ability to lead Subject Matter Experts (SME) through definition of requirements across multiple releases
· Ability to work across a global organization in resolving specific process and/or system requirement issues
· Extensive experience with Web based applications required
· Strong understand of best practices for web-base applications and UIs
