Bussiness Coordination- Marketing Support Role recruitment

Responsibilities
•  Prepare various internal applications credit documents relating to corporate banking business with accuracy in timely manner.
•  Process monitor due dates for credit lines and customers' requests for bank guarantees, trade finances and other transactions in timely manner.
•  Ensure effective efficient administration of all marketing related activities in compliance to legal, statutory and internal regulations.
•  Handle customer queries and enhance good relationship with customers.
•  Assist and work closely with marketing officers, middle office back office to manage customer relationship with the objective to generate targeted sales and allocated gross profit objectives. 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 yrs experience in credit administration/marketing support in banking environment
• Knowledge of credit admin marketing support supervisory experience in a corporate banking environment role will be good
• Good team player supervisory skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken written English
• Locals will be preferred for this post unless has Japanese language proficiency
