Buy Side Business Analyst – Hedge Fund recruitment
They are looking for someone from a Buy Side background who has been writing functional specifications, has a good understanding of use cases, ideally has experience using wireframes or manual design of GUI’s.
You will be working on a leading equities trading engine which is 12 months into a Greenfield build, the development team are second to none and have been hired in over the past few years to form an elite technology team. This position will have constant contact between the development team and the business users so communication skills are key. Ideally the candidate will come from a an Equities background, however the manager is open to seeing CVs from a Fixed Income background as long as they come from a Buy Side firm.
Education is something which is important to the company, they are looking for a candidate who has not only excelled in their career but also throughout academia, ideally a technical degree from an elite university.

Salary level’s are open, they are looking for the right person rather than the right number, however this does not mean they will double your salary, they will give you a sensible increase on your basic salary, however bonuses are known to be exceptional.
