Buy-Side Implementation consultant recruitment

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• have overall responsibility of managing the implementation within the defined scope, budget and agreed timeline.

• take the lead role in all aspects of implementations, including design, configuration, integration and training.

• Assisting clients to model their business processes.

• Advising on process improvements through better use of the system.

• Contribute to improving and documenting best practices for implementations  

• normally assigned 100% to a project which will normally mean that they will be working 'full-time' at client sites.

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience of a implementation project of buy-side product.

• have solid working experience in the following fields:

oAsset Management - Front, Middle or Back Office;

oConsulting or Professional Services within the Asset Management sector;

oAn implementation role for a software vendor specialising in Asset Management software.

• a proven track record and be able to demonstrate:

oAn interest in the Finance Industry and an aptitude to learn more;

oStrong presentation and communication skills are essential;

oExcellent problem solving skills and a solution focused attitude;

oMethodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and an ability to work well under pressure;

oInterest and enthusiasm to use and learn new software packages.

• Detailed knowledge of three or more of the following areas:

oPortfolio management and decision making tools in the front office;

oPerformance Measurement and Attribution;

oCompliance;

oFixed Income;

oEquity based products;

oDerivatives;

oKnowledge of data providers proprietary software;
