Buyer

We are a chain of gift shops. Experienced Buyer needed.

 

  1. Products include souvenir apparel, hardgoods, gifts, sundries, stationery, electronic and travel accessories.
  2. Responsible for product selection, planograms, gross margin, markdowns, and turn.
  3. Previous experience minimum 3-5 years.
  4. Work with stores to set and teach about displays, merchandising, product knowledge, trends, etc
  5. Overnight travel required

 

Skills needed:

Good knowledge of word and excel

Strong negotiation skills

Must be a self starter and be self motivated
Assertive, energetic and results driven
Well organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Must be able to work flexible hours to get the job done
