This position will be located in Pleasanton, CA. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Monitor store demands and adjusts store orders daily to maintain in-stock conditions. ? Supervise warehouse inventories across multiple warehouses. ? To interact with divisions and transportation to overcome supply and logistic opportunities. ? Maintain all firm orders ? review changes and releases. ? Provide analysis on demand and service level. ? Analyze, interpret and provide insight/conclusions relating to purchasing. ? Reconciles warehouse receiving. ? Travel required: 5% Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent produce industry experience. ? 1-3 years buying/merchandising experience. ? 1-2 years retail store experience a plus. ? 3-5 years retail produce and warehouse distribution knowledge preferred. ? Computer skills including Word, Excel, Query Management Facility and SSIMS. ? Excellent oral and written communication skills. ? Excellent analytical skills and the ability to maintain adequate inventories while maintaining in-stock conditions at store level. ? Demonstrated ability to accept change and be a proponent of change in meeting customers needs, as well as needed. ? Superior service and team interpersonal skills. ? Organizational skills to handle many tasks across many divisions while still maintaining service level goals. ? Strong problem solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
