bull;Process RMA requests to supply base. -Resolve incorrect invoices, shipping errors, cancellation of orders. -Manage returns and replacement of materials not meeting company specifications and engineering changes. -Coordinates purchasing activities to maintain inventory at planned levels and achieve the target Inventory Turn levels. -Monitor and maintain active Purchase Orders to ensure on time delivery to support needs -Report and drive Supplier performance metrics -Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment and services utilizing electronic systems and program tools. -As required, monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value -Manage data elements for assigned purchased material. -Works on problems of moderate/complex nature where analysis of situations or date requires evaluation of identifiable factors -must have intense collaboration skills with internal and external customer -Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action for obtaining solutions.
