Immediate need for Buyer/Material Planner for local manufacturing plant in Minden. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing (hard products) arena only preferably steel purchasing. Duties will include overseeing materials for production and scheduling material deliveries from warehouses and processing orders. WIP reporting; track flow of materials and orders to be tested, priority setting and managing production lines to meet deadlines. Will purchase and maintain inventory levels as well as seeking cost savings and supervising stockroom. Salary D.O.E. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
