Buyside Onboarding- VP
The Department focuses on supporting clients in implementing and onboarding to their products and services; this includes the project management and coordination of all activities that lead to successful implementation. The Buyside Onboarding team is responsible for supporting their buyside clients with the adoption of their services. The team work closely with other departments, such as Product, to prepare for new functional releases and subsequent implementation to clients.
- Become a SME on their buyside solutions offerings and their onboarding options/process – contributing to the resolution of escalated challenges.
- Liaise with the Production support teams to ensure that the team is performing adequate handover of new onboardings.
- Liaise with the Ops Change Management team to understand a release’s impact process requirements and design the onboarding process required for clients
- Liaise with the Client Delivery Management team to allocate SME resource required for the successful go live of larger initiatives
- Liaise with Sales, Product and Account Management to understand the client adoption forecast and manage capacity and prioritization.
Requirements:
- Experience from working in an Investment bank (preferably within OTC Derivatives Operations) or significant Vendor to Investment banks.
- Client Service (preferably onboarding) experience
- Strong process design and management skills
- Good knowledge of trade/portfolio management and control/reconciliation
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
