What are my Responsibilities? 

To monitor performance, identify and facilitate pro-active improvements in all process associated with CI Portfolio Management Team.  

 

Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLA's) in place are continually achieved.

Effectively monitor the performance of all operational areas and resolve queries and issues.

Actively contribute to improve processes by analysing problems and recommend changes to prevent re-occurrence.

 

Manage the Portfolio team, take responsibility and act in a service recovery capacity when failures occur.

Develop team members through short interval leadership and staff dialogues/PMP and create and maintain team succession and contingency plans.

Plan and recruit staff to meet resource plan requirements.

Proactively challenge current processes and practices with Field and Office Managers in order to improve ways of working.

Participate in meetings and projects/working groups as required by the role.

Keep abreast of, and comply with company policies, procedure and codes of practice to carry out tasks/resolve issues.

 

What do I need to qualify for this role?

 

Educated to at least GSCE/O level

 

People Management skills

Ability to manage relationships with customers

Work in an efficient and flexible manner

Tackle problems and issues in a logical way

Willingness to accept and promote change

Tackle problems and issues in a logical way

Presentation and negotiation skills

Some people management experience and experience of Half Hourly Metering is desirable
