C-5 Lead Maintenance Engineer

-- C-5 Lead Maintenance Engineer-01117697 Description Key Role: Manage the processes associated with MSG-3 for the C-5 Program Depot Maintenance. Lead the planning and implementation of commercial best practices and disciplined processes and procedures, organizational, and systematic operating elements designed to improve aircraft repair productivity, with the overall goal of increasing aircraft mission capability, reliability and maintainability. Oversee the development of technical orders and work cards. This position is located in Warner Robins, GA. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -Experience with Air Force maintenance and engineering processes and concepts of operation -Experience with aircraft maintenance processes, including program depot maintenance, high velocity maintenance, and commercial MSG-3 -Experience with managing aircraft maintenance engineering projects -Experience with Air Force maintenance data systems, including REMIS, G081, PDMSS, EEDW, or G021 -Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify trends -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with implementing Lean and continuous process improvement methodologies -Experience with C-5 Weapon System and maintenance processes -Possession of excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
