C# / ASP.NET / SQL / JQuery Developer Job in New York, New York US
Our New York, New York client, a leader in the lifestyle, marketing, travel, and media industries is seeking a talented Developer to join their Technology Team. In this position, you will participate in the design and development of applications to support. This position is especially attractive for developers looking to expand their hosted application skill-set and gain additional experience with Web-based technologies.

The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
- MUST be passionate about working with cutting-edge technology
- Programming experience with ASP.NET / C#
- Knowledge in other programming languages will be a plus
- A BS or BA Degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of JavaScript / AJAX
- Experience with data interchange / serialization techniques (XML, JSON, etc.)
- Experience working with MS SQL Server (TSQL, ADO.NET, and LINQ to SQL)
- Experience using JQuery or other JS libraries
- Experience developing Web Services
- The ability to perform in pressure and time-sensitive situations
- The ability to work and contribute in a team environment
- Experience with large environments is helpful (10+ Servers and 10+ Databases)
