The Company
My client, one of the world’s largest Asset Management is currently seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer to join its regional application development team that supports a cross asset class to develop application for the Front, middle and back office in Asia.
The Role
You will work closely with application users across asset class to gather requirement to develop Fund Valuation and Accounting applications. The key responsibilities will be involved the implementation of new features in C++ on UNIX platform as well as bug fixes, enhancement of applications. In addition, you will be responsible for system design, development, testing and follow standards, guidelines as defined in the development methodology. You will also participate in user acceptance testing and provide on-going maintenance support. Initially on a twelve months contract to permanent basis.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will have highly proficient C++, Visual Basic development experience in financial institution working on Fund Valuation and Accounting. You will have a deep understanding of fundamentals of C++ Standard Template Library, with a solid understanding on multi-threaded programming specifically in C++. You will also be experienced in developing client server applications on UNIX platforms and RDBMS. In addition, you are able to communicate with users at all levels with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
