C# Developer – Back Office Trading Systems recruitment
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Developer with strong C# skills to join a team developing critical applications for in house back office trading systems.

Since the close of the world’s trading floors, IT has become the right hand of our organisation. We have invested heavily in IT, developing sophisticated in-house trading models and applications that take advantage of arbitrage opportunities.
We are looking for a developer who can collaborate closely with the Risk Management and Middle Office teams. You will be involved with the design and development of new systems and will support and test our in house software applications.
We are a development focussed team. We don’t have Business Analysts or Testers so we have full responsibility for the SDLC from gathering user requirements to production deployment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years commercial programming experience, with a particular focus on object oriented programming
- Recent graduates are welcome to submit their application
- A keen interest in learning new technologies, but experience in technologies that we currently use would be advantageous: C#, WPF, NHibernate, LINQ, SQL Server, SSRS
- An awareness of agile process and practices such as TDD, unit and functional testing, continuous integration
- An interest or experience in trading or Finance would be highly regarded but is not essential.
