1- C#, 2- Object Oriented Programming, 3- Math, 4- Physics. Our client is looking to hire 5 Jr. to Mid level C# developers. They specialize in real world simulation so they are looking for candidates with Math and Physics backgrounds over business application development backgrounds. They have a very Sr. level staff right now and all developers are extremely smart with Masters Degrees. They are looking for developers that are quick on their feet, sharp, self starters, and problem solvers. They must have excellent communication skills, work ethic, and a great attitude. Skills required are: BS in Computer Science or related field, 2+ yrs exp developing OO software, 2+ yrs developing C# applications. Additional requirements include exp with TCP/IP, exp with XML, Knowledge of .net libraries and .net framework, knowledge of WPF and XNA, 3D math and computer graphics skills. Soft skills requirements include great attitude, excellent work ethic, and an outgoing personality. They are a small, lean agile shop with approximately 10 developers. Their team wears multiple hats on a consistent basis and they are very a very structured, deadline intensive environment. There will be approximately 2 months out of the year (2-3 surges of 2-3 wks ea) where they will be working OT, approximately 60 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to do this or they are not a fit. They need candidates that do not need to be babysat and people that are looking to contribute. They don't have a lot of testing support, so these developers should have experience testing their own code before releasing it. They may interact with the customer at times hence the need for good communication skills and a good personality. Must be able to see the "broader view" and understand the overall architecture. Team is a very tight knit, very diverse, and very experienced. Sense of humor is important and this person shouldn't be a "worrier".

Our client is currently supporting 4 commercial contracts and 1 Gov. contract. They work in simulation and have to replicate real world- hence the need for problem solvers. They have been in business for 25+ yrs and they specialize in driving and ship maritime simulators. Candidates must be a Us Citizen or Green Card holder.
