Essential skills
Exceptional C# skills: .NET 3.5/4, asynchronous programming, Linq
Strong Object Oriented design skills
Multithreaded C# development, experience in developing with WinForms
Understanding and experience in performance-critical GUI development
MS SQL Server 2008 (desirable)

Actively seeking and clarifying product requirements with end users and other knowledgeable staff
Meeting and exceeding end users expectations in terms of functionality, quality and performance
Designing and delivering code with automated testing performance always in front of mind
Producing meaningful unit-tests, documentation configuration to support all code developed
Provide post-implementation support to users and IT operations to resolve critical issues and bugs promptly
