KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced GUI developer with C#, .NET, and ideally WPF
- Knowledge of design patterns (MVVM, reflection, etc.)
- Practical problem solver (consideration of time to market and phased deliverables, etc.)
- Experience of developing multi-tier systems
- Agile methodologies experience is advantageous
- Prior Front Office experience including interaction with traders sales is essential
- Good knowledge of FX and/or Commodities:
- - Vanilla basic structured products, including pricing and deal lifecycle
- - Knowledge of relevant market data (solid understanding of the vol smile)
- - Notions of risk management (PL explain / predict, risk matrices, etc.)
- - Knowledge of some exotic products is advantageous
- Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure with Traders
