C# GUI Developer – Investment Banking recruitment
We are looking for a C# GUI developer (with at least 4 years of experience) to provide software development for a suite of trader tools within the Fixed Income (Repo) area for a prestigious investment bank. The developer will participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, automation, performance profiling and optimization. Working in a Windows environment, the role will cover C# GUI development producing stable, supportable code. The role will involve designing and establishing a simple GUI implementation framework; the roll out of new GUIs providing trading and pricing functionality as well as real time MIS reporting.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong C# GUI development skills. You will have worked within the Agile development approach and be familiar with Spring, Hibernate Winforms, and you will be used to working within a Windows environment. Your solid technical foundation (in threading, messaging, design patterns and delegates) will play a pivotal role within the team. Familiarity with 3rd party grids (SyncFusion) and prior financial experience would be advantageous, but not essential for this role.
