C# / Perl Senior Developer - Investment Banking (Singapore)
My client is a Tier One Investment Bank in Singapore with an impressive history in Asia Pacific. The Singapore Reference Data team is responsible for the development and support of a number of business critical applications for Reference Data Product and Price. The team support cross asset class across the globe for all time series data instruments. They are a tem of highly talented developers who use internal and external market data to be supplied to users across the front, middle and back office.
The team has an opening for a talented Senior Developer for their Product and Price team to design, develop and implement technical requirements as well as integrate existing and emerging technologies. The development will be primarily server side C# and SQL as well as some development in Perl. You will work with the Reference Data business to understand their requirements and ensure smooth SDLC as well as provide occasional third line support.
Suitable candidates are required to have strong C# development expeirence as well as at least 2 years experience with Perl. You should also have strong SQL experience (Oracle/MS-SQL Server). Although specific reference data experience is not required candidates should have experience working in a similar environment and have a strong understanding of various types of data.
