C++ Python Developer – Hedge Fund
My client is a prestigious and respected Hedge Fund based in central London. They are looking for an energetic and talented C++ Python Developer to bring new ideas into their fast moving IT team. This is a real chance to join an amazing investment manager and be on the forefront of technology.
Responsibilities
•Enhancing the Object Orientated database layer.
•Support, improve and develop the existing platforms with new features.
•Assist with any new projects that come up and take ownership of any problems.
•Provide on-going 2nd line support where detailed knowledge of the problem is required.
Requirements
•Excellent C++ and Python development skills.
•Knowledge of one or more of the following: Rates, Fixed Income, Equities, FX or Credit.
•Knowledge of Objectstore would be beneficial.
•Exposure to other technologies such as, C# .Net, SQL or VBA would be advantageous.
•Possessing a hardworking and ambitious nature is essential.
