C++ Software Engineer – FX Derivatives recruitment
The Role
The FX Derivatives team is looking for a technically strong, highly driven software engineer with leadership potential. Using your skills in C++, OOAD and SOA you will be immediately responsible for the whole development cycle of key new projects as well as maintenance of existing functionality. Your ingenuity and enterprise will help drive the product forward in a highly-competitive and challenging marketplace.
The team is responsible for building analytic applications in the Bloomberg Terminal for front office customers, integrating cutting edge analytical pricing and risk models into a large-scale, Unix-based, service-oriented system.
Requirements
Strong C++/OOD and analytic skills essential
Excellent communication skills
Experience of full development life cycle
Experience developing financial applications is desirable
Good working knowledge of programming in UNIX environment
