C++ Software Engineer
Our client is dedicated to the delivery of world leading software for Digital, Medical, Image and Life Sciences Informatics Applications.
Job Purpose:
As a software engineer with this company you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Digital software products produced by the company. Software is developed using Agile techniques, principally the SCRUM methodology. This exciting and dynamic position will involve design and implementation of new features and functionality for our Image-Server technology, documentation, interaction with other teams including QA, Customer Services Sales, as well as communicating directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Design and implementation of new features and functionality
- Contributing to design discussions, design reviews, daily stand-ups
- Producing appropriate unit tests and design documentation
- A willingness to work hard and to deliver innovative software solutions to the end user
- Qualifications:
- A good degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Experience:
- 3-5 years software industry experience
Skills:
- Solid C++ software development essential
- Knowledge of Image-processing techniques
- C# / VB.NET experience advantageous
- Object Oriented Design
