Associate-level C# Programmers required to join a highly technical team who provide software solutions to the front office business, (Traders and Quantitative Analysts). The team in general is responsible for managing large amounts of client money using various quantitative methods and trading strategies.
The successful candidate need not have any financial experience but must be a highly competent software engineer with an expert-knowledge of the fundamental principles of Computer Science.
This is an opportunity to gain invaluable exposure to the Front Office environment of an Investment Bank and to work with some highly competent technologists on the development of business-critical and robust applications.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Programming Skills (preferably C# but Java/C++ will be considered for outstanding candidates.)
- Extremely analytical mind-set, pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- Communication is key – lots of interaction with business users.
- Degree from a TOP UNIVERSITY in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or similar)
