Qualifications:

- Solid C++ development work experience is essential, as is exposure to the full software development life cycle.
- A Team player with a Can-Do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver with a curiosity to learn and understand systems beyond those
responsible for
- Experience with multi-threaded programming.
- Good working knowledge of programming in a UNIX environment
- Understanding of STL, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented design are also required
- Low latency / high throughput design and programming

Other desirable skills:
- High-performance OS and network tuning with regard to issues such as NUMA, cache coherence, network interrupts and context-switching.
- Experience with real-time programming
- Financial industry experience
- Exposure to market data platforms and feeds
