C# Winforms, ASP.NET and SQL Developer (Investment Bank)
An Investment Bank based in Mayfair is looking to hire a new C# Winforms, ASP.NET and SQL Developer for their newly formed London based in house IT team. The company have decided to build in house bespoke systems from scratch in their London office to work alongside the third party systems they have been working with including Fidessa and Sophis.
This new team of developers will grow throughout the year and this new hire will be to join a group of two developers in the UK and 8 worldwide to build trading systems using OO design principles and design patterns alongside your ideas on strategy and architecture before building the systems from scratch in C# ASP.NET on SQL Server.
You will need to be a developer with at least three years of C# ASP.NET experience on SQL who wants to work in a business facing environment and who is extremely passionate about coding. This role will enable you to code using the most up to date technologies alongside your own creative ideas for strategy and architecture.
Technically the successful new C# Winforms, ASP.NET and SQL Developer will need:
* Excellent Communication (essential)
* C# .NET (2.0-4.0)
* ASP.NET (Essential)
* RDBMS Design and Development (Essential )
* SQL SERVER (Essential)
* Misys or Fidessa exposure (a bonus)
This role is about you being creative and showing a real flair for technology. You will be trained in the financial aspect of things if you don't come from a financial services background and will be involved in design and strategy.
