C# WPF Trading Technology Support Analyst recruitment
Trading Technology Support Analyst, C#, C++, WPF, SQL, Bloomberg.
Our client, a leading Investment House, is currently seeking a Trading Technology Support Analyst, to support Trading Technology accross a distributed application platform developed in C++ with a C#/WPF Front End.
The successful candidate will be confident dealing with traders accross various product suites, including flow products and OTC (Futures, Equities, Bonds, Rates instruments, Credit instruments, FX, options).
Essential experience includes previous experience supporting a varied and dynamic environment within an investment bank or similar, with strong product knowledge, good experience of supporting distributed application architecture, C++, C#/WPF and Fault diagnosis/problem solving skills.
Responsibilities will include 1st line support managing and tracking incidents and communicating progress to resolution to the trading development leads and traders.
You will also be involved in the deployment of trading applications into the production environment and the ownership of the production environment, monitoring and actively managing performance and capacity.
