Cache Developer Job in Toronto/Gta, Ontario Canada
Our client is a Canadian leader in the Life sciences sector. With offices across Canada, the head office in Toronto is looking for a cache developer for their IT group on a contract basis to begin with a 3-6 month assignment. There is a chance for extensions.
The role:
The contractor resource will be handling a number of Break-fixes that need coding and testing. The root cause analysis has been completed and the resource will be doing the coding solution and testing, plus working on other small projects.
Skills needed:
Cache database and cache object script programming language is needed. Excellent problem solving ability and experience as an object oriented programmer is required.
Nice to have skills would include experience with Tortoise SVN for code versioning, MUMPS programming language (predecessor to cache object script) and SQL programming language.
